Affiliate / Partner Terms & Disclaimer
This Affiliate / Partner Program (“Program”) is operated by Soft Life Academy (“the Company”). By
applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate” or “Partner”) agree to the following
terms and conditions.
1. Affiliate Eligibility & Acceptance
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by the Company. Soft Life Academy reserves the
right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this Program creates an employment
relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between the Affiliate and Soft Life Academy.
Affiliates have no authority to act on behalf of or legally bind the Company.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to: Promote products ethically, honestly, and accurately; Follow all branding,
messaging, and marketing guidelines; Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection,
and online marketing laws; Use only approved promotional materials where required. Affiliates are
responsible for their own marketing methods, content, and platforms.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not: Make false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims; Guarantee profits or
results; Misrepresent Soft Life Academy products or services; Use deceptive, spam-based, or
unethical marketing practices; Impersonate the Company or its representatives; Use unauthorized
logos, content, or brand materials. Any violation may result in immediate termination.
5. Earnings & Commissions
Affiliate earnings are performance-based and depend on successful, verified sales. Soft Life Academy:
Does not guarantee any level of income; Reserves the right to modify commission structures at any
time; May withhold commissions associated with fraudulent, disputed, or refunded transactions. All
earnings figures shared publicly are illustrative only and not guarantees.
6. Payments & Payouts
Commissions become eligible for payout only after transactions are confirmed and cleared. Soft Life
Academy is not responsible for: Incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate; Delays caused
by banking institutions or payment processors.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Fraud
If a customer request results in a refund, chargeback, or dispute, the corresponding commission may
be: Reversed; Withheld; Deducted from future earnings. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit
the tracking system constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination.
8. No Liability for Affiliate Actions
Affiliates are solely responsible for their statements, claims, and marketing activities. Soft Life
Academy shall not be held liable for: Unauthorized claims made by affiliates; Financial losses
arising from affiliate representations; Legal disputes caused by affiliate misconduct. Affiliates
agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from their actions.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Soft Life Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time, with or
without notice, and without obligation to provide a reason. Upon termination: Affiliate access is
revoked; Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if linked to violations; All promotional activity must
cease immediately.
10. Intellectual Property & Branding
All intellectual property, trademarks, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of Soft
Life Academy. Affiliates are granted limited, revocable permission to use approved materials solely
for Program participation.
11. Policy Modifications
Soft Life Academy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Continued
participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction
in which Soft Life Academy operates.
13. Final Acknowledgment
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you: Understand these terms; Accept all
responsibilities and risks; Agree to comply fully with Program policies.
